In the 80s, any popular brand received a licensed game, so it is no surprise Takara published a sport to the Nintendo Family Computer, or Famicom, to the Transformers property. This game, titled Transformers: Convoy no Nazo, translates roughly to Mystery of Optimus Prime. This game wasn't released in the United States and for good reason: it's horrible.
